Once payment is accepted an order will begin its processing. It can take within 3-5 Business days of accepting the order payment for the order to be shipped. Orders are only shipped Monday to Saturdays, orders are not shipped on Sundays and or Civic holidays. Depending on the shipping option you choose and where you live in Canada, it may effect how soon you receive your order. You can expect your Canada Post tracking I.D. after your order is officially processed and shipped.
Once you place your order, you will be redirected to our payment instruction page to complete your bcweedpen order. We will also email you the e-Transfer payment instructions. If your financial institution supports Interac e-Transfer autodeposit then all you need to do is use our payment email that we provide in the payment instructions page and place your Order number in the notes. As soon as we accept your Interac e-Transfer, Interac e-Transfer will email you informing you of your payment being accepted. Which will mean your order has started processing.

We guarantee that your order will arrive to your door successfully, if for whatever reason your order gets lost in the mail, damaged or Canada Post does not deliver it, we will replace the order and send it out at no cost to you. We however do not guarantee delivery times as Canada Post may be delayed, as it depends on where you are in Canada, shipping delivery times may be effected.
In the event that your order is returned to sender due to a invalid shipping address, or if its rejected, then we will require you to pay our restocking fee of $59.00, which includes the cost of Xpress post shipping. Once we receive the restocking fee, then we will process your order for shipping.

*If your product is defective in anyway, you have up to 72 hours after receiving your order to report the defect to us for a free replacement. Photo & Video proof of defect must be provided, and returning product back will be required, once we receive the defective product and inspection the defect then your replacement product will be sent out with your next order. All products must be in 90% of its original condition for it to be considered replaceable, if less then that, the product will not be replaced.
* Holiday seasons may effect delivery times, we are not responsible for shipping delays during Canada posts busy seasons. Although Xpresspost is still a faster option, you must give Canada Post extra time to deliver your order, thank you for your patience.

However if it is shown “Delivered” then we are not responsible for the package and you will need to open a ticket with Canada Post to retrieve your order
